How to Print Your Photos Online & In-Store?

You have two options:

- Print from scans: When you receive a link to your scans, you’ll have the option to print selected photos in various sizes. This way, you can choose your favorites and print them each time you receive your scans.
- Upload here and print: You can also upload your photos (such as previous scans or digital photos) and place a print order directly here.

What is the turnaround time?

Our turnaround time for printing photos is 1 working day.

Photo Print Sizes & Ratios

For film prints:

  • 10x15, 15x21, 20x30 (2:3 ratio) – Suitable for prints from 35mm, 645, or 6x9 film.
  • 15x15, 21x21 – Suitable for prints from 6x6 medium format film (square photos).
  • 15x19 – Suitable for prints from 6x7 medium format film (110 film shots are also close to this ratio).

For digital images:

  • Digital images (e.g., from your phone) usually have a 3:4 ratio. You may need to crop the images during upload to fit the desired print size.

If you want to print a photo with a ratio that differs from our default options, you’ll need to crop the image to match one of the available ratios.

How to order printing in different sizes all at once?

Our printing service currently allows you to add photos of one size at a time to your cart. To order multiple sizes, you’ll need to add the "Printing photos" product to your cart several times—once for each size. For example:

  1. Select the 10x15 option, upload your photos, and add them to your cart.
  2. Click "Continue shopping," select the 15x21 option, upload the photos for this size, and add them to your cart.
  3. Your cart will then contain two separate print orders, each with a different size.

How does printing from scans work?

Each time you receive your scans (via a personal link from us), you can:

  1. Select the photos you’d like to print.
  2. Choose the size for the order and quantity for each photo.
  3. Complete the payment.

If you need to print photos from the same order in different sizes, you’ll need to place separate orders for each size. For example:

  • Open the link with your scans, select your photos, choose the 10x15 size, and complete the payment.
  • Return to the initial link, select the 15x21 size, and complete the payment again.

This process will create two separate print orders, each with a different size.

Which equipment and paper do you use for printing?

We use the Noritsu QSS-3501 Plus minilab for printing. Our paper of choice is Fujifilm Crystal Archive (lustre), known for its high quality and durability.

Yes! We can scan them in pairs or one by one — whatever works best for you. Just give us the heads-up when you order.

What’s the difference between Flash and Biggie?

Think of it like this: if you’re going big — like for an exhibition or a gift — biggie’s your go-to

For everything else — flash. It’s fast, flexible and perfect for quick edits and everyday needs.

JPG or TIFF?

If you’re looking for scans that are ready to post but still flexible for adjustments, go with JPG. We’ll make sure they look great, and you can tweak them however you like.

If you’re going for a certain look, go with TIFF for flat, untouched scans ready for your editing.

I didn’t quite like the results…

Then let’s improve them! Scanning is all about your personal style, so let’s tweak it until it’s just right for you.

What if I have a blank roll of film?

Oh, it’s the worst, we feel you.

We’ll refund the scan and just charge for the development. This also applies if your film is fogged or has damaged / transparent perforation.
