Wenn dein Film entwickelt ist, scannen wir ihn mit dem Noritsu HS-1800 – einem schnellen, zuverlässigen Scanner, bekannt für seine konstant großartigen Ergebnisse und die Digital-ICE-Technologie, die Staub und Kratzer automatisch entfernt.
Die Auflösung der Scans reicht bis 4000×6000 px (4600 ppi), verfügbar in zwei Formaten:
- JPG – sofort einsatzbereit
- TIFF – flache Scans, ideal für die Nachbearbeitung
Vor dem Versand prüfen wir alle Scans manuell: Wir drehen die Bilder, entfernen sichtbare Makel und passen Belichtung und Farben an, damit du mit deinen Ergebnissen zufrieden bist.
Wenn du deine Scans später selbst bearbeiten, groß ausdrucken oder für ein Projekt nutzen möchtest, ist Biggie TIFF die beste Wahl. Damit bekommst du die meisten Details und volle Flexibilität – ganz ohne Eingriffe unsererseits.

Deine Scans schicken wir dir direkt per E-Mail. Die Download-Links sind 3 Tage gültig. Falls du es in der Zeit nicht schaffst, kein Grund zur Panik: Schick uns einfach deine Bestellnummer, und wir laden die Dateien nochmal für dich hoch.
Wir bewahren deine Negative einen Monat lang sicher auf. Wenn du mehr Zeit brauchst, sag einfach Bescheid – wir halten sie gerne noch etwas länger für dich bereit.

What film formats do you scan with Noritsu (35 mm, 120/110, 4x5, etc.)?
We scan 35 mm and 120 films using our Noritsu scanner. For 110 film, 4x5 sheets, and dia film, we have the Durst Sigma Plus.

What’s the difference between Flash and Biggie?
Think of it like this: if you’re going big — like for an exhibition or a gift — biggie’s your go-to
For everything else — flash. It’s fast, flexible and perfect for quick edits and everyday needs.
JPG or TIFF?
If you’re looking for scans that are ready to post but still flexible for adjustments, go with JPG. We’ll make sure they look great, and you can tweak them however you like.
If you’re going for a certain look, go with TIFF for flat, untouched scans ready for your editing.
Do you provide color correction and dust removal during scanning?
For JPG scans we do basic color and exposure correction, so you get ready-to-post frames.
If you want a flat scan to edit yourself, please pick the TIFF option.
Do you scan half-frames?
Yes! We can scan them in pairs or one by one — whatever works best for you. Just give us the heads-up when you order.
Can I request scans with or without film borders?

I just shot a roll and can’t wait to see how it turned out. Can you scan it?
Yes! But you should pick the dev&scan option, depending on what film you’ve got (color, b&w, etc.)
Let’s break it down: when you take photos on film, light hits the film coated with special chemicals that react to it. This creates an image, but it’s invisible at first. To actually see the picture, the film has to go through development — a chemical process done in a machine. After that, the image is fixed on the film, and we can scan it for you.
So, development is a crucial step to get your photos ready in digital form. That’s also the reason why you can’t just open the back of your camera and see your pictures right away :)
